What to look for when buying a home

Real Estate Agent:   So, what do you think?

Potential Buyer:  Well, I do like it but... I mean the neighborhood is wonderful.  The view is beautiful.  And the price is great.  But it doesn't have that "weed smell" I'm looking for.
